Terms of Service - Legal Agreement

1. The Service

Adsly connects creators with brands. We're just a directory - not an agency, broker or guarantor. Deals between users are between them, not us.

2. Your Account

Provide real email address
Choose email/password registration OR Google Sign-In
Keep your credentials secure (password or Google account access)
You're responsible for what happens under your account
One person = one account

Google Sign-In: If you use Google Sign-In, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can later add a password in settings for dual login.

3. What You Can/Can't Post

✓ Allowed:

Accurate info about your opportunities, real traffic numbers, content you own

✗ NOT Allowed:

Illegal stuff, scams, adult content, spam, fake numbers, hate speech

⚠️ Violations: We remove content. Serious stuff = instant ban, no refund.

4. Third-Party Listings & Claims

We May List Your Website

Adsly may create listings for websites based on publicly available information, even if the website owner hasn't registered an account. These listings help brands discover sponsorship opportunities.

Claiming Your Listing:

If we've listed your website, you can:

Claim ownership: Take full control of the listing by verifying you own the website
Request removal: Ask us to remove the listing entirely
Update information: Once claimed, edit all listing details

How to Claim:

Click "Claim this listing" on your website's listing page
Contact us at [email protected] with proof of ownership
We verify your ownership (domain email, DNS record or other proof)
Once verified, listing transfers to your account

Removal Requests

If you want your website removed from Adsly instead of claimed, email [email protected] from your domain email or provide other proof of ownership. We process removal requests within 7 business days.

How It Works:

Auto-renews monthly via Stripe until you cancel
Cancel anytime from dashboard (access until end of period)
Payment fails? 7 days to fix, then downgrade to Free
Upgrade = immediate, Downgrade = end of billing period

Credits:

What are credits? Credits let you feature any listing for 7 days (1 credit) or auto-approve pending listings (3 credits). Featured listings appear at the top of search results with a ⭐ badge.

How to get credits: Buy credits anytime ($5/credit, volume discounts available).

Credits never expire and can be used on any listing you own.

Refunds:

NO REFUNDS

Except:

Billing error (duplicate charge) = full refund
Service down more than 48 hours = pro-rated refund

Credits: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire.

Chargebacks: Email us first! Chargeback without contact = account suspended + $25 fee.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

What's copyrighted
Where it is (URL)
Your contact info
Statement you're the owner
Your signature

3 copyright strikes = permanent ban

7. Disclaimer

WE MAKE ZERO GUARANTEES

Service "as is" - might have bugs, might go down
We don't verify listings or traffic numbers
Creator scams you? Not our problem - deal with them
No guarantee you'll find brands/creators

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability:

Our max liability = $100 or what you paid in last 12 months (whichever is less)

We're NOT liable for:

Lost profits
Bad deals between users
Fake traffic or inaccurate listings

You indemnify us if someone sues us because of your content.

Dispute Resolution:

Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court), except you may use small claims court if eligible. This saves both parties time and money.

No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any legal action must be brought in courts in Poland.

9. Bans

We can ban for: terms violations, fraud, spam, illegal stuff, 3 copyright strikes

Banned = NO REFUND

10. Privacy

See Privacy Policy. We collect email/usage data. Stripe handles payments. We don't sell data.

11. Changes & Severability

Changes to Terms:

We can update terms anytime. Big changes = email notification. Keep using = you accept.

Severability:

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
