12img — All-in-One Platform for Professional Photographers

12img consolidates the scattered tool stack that most wedding photographers deal with - galleries, contracts, invoicing, client communication - into a single platform. Instead of paying for separate subscriptions to Pixieset, ShootProof, HoneyBook, and a payment processor, everything runs from one dashboard.

Photographers upload images via drag-and-drop and the platform generates derivatives automatically. Clients receive a branded portal link where they can view full-screen galleries, download photos with one tap on mobile, sign contracts, and pay invoices. Contracts auto-populate invoice details, receipts generate automatically with CSV export for tax season, and notifications go out via email and SMS without manual follow-up.

Pricing runs across three tiers. The free plan supports 3 galleries with 200 images each. Starter at $9/month adds contracts, e-signatures, and 10GB of storage. Pro at $29/month removes all limits - unlimited galleries, unlimited storage, video delivery up to 25GB per file, zero-commission print sales, and white-label branding. The platform accepts payments through Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, and check.

12img currently holds a 4.9/5 rating from 100 reviews and serves photographers across 12+ countries. The company offers a founding photographer program that locks in current pricing permanently, and emphasizes direct access to the founder rather than traditional support ticket queues. Full data export is available at any time, so photographers are not locked into the platform.
